Third Ward Cream

Great Bike! Love it!

The Third Ward step thru bike is exactly what I needed being 5’1 and NO SPRING CHICKEN! We did not have it professionally built as this was not available in our area. We had great support through customer service from Josh! He sent us 2 video links that helped us assemble and fine tune the gear set up! The bike is awesome! I got the cream color and have had many compliments. Thank you Josh for your help and support!

Lovely Bike

As I live in the middle of nowhere, having it professionally assembled was not possible. With the help of family we did get it assembled. However due to the lack of any kind of instructions, some things were more difficult than need be. I also reached out to Fyxation, and never got a reply. It is, however, perfect for me as I'm 5ft. I was not able to find this style anywhere else in 24". Im also looking for a different seat, as it's pretty hard and uncomfortable. It would be great to also have it in a 7 speed, but I'm getting used to the 3 speed, which, honestly for me is generally fine. I do feel at this price, these issues are unfortunate. However after all, I do love it, hence, 4 stars.

The bike is very nice and an excellent value. My one complaint is the fender mounts on both fenders are very crooked — especially the back one. This can’t be fixed without drilling new holes in the fenders, but then the crooked holes would be visible. The fenders work, bit just look a little wonky on close inspection.

I love this bike and the style of it is everything I was looking for. The color is so cute and I added a little flower basket that suits it so well! I feel as though the seat could be more comfortable but that is just my own preference and it is an easy thing to swap out. That being said, I was super upset to find out that this came unassembled WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO BUILD IT. For a bike this cost you would think that would be the first thing they put in the box since they already went ahead and included a 25+ page owners manual. They could’ve just included it in there. Especially since they charge to get it assembled. I also think it’s worth noting this bike uses a presta valve on the tires (which is awesome!) so just make sure you have the necessary attachments on a pump to blow up tires. Overall, it’s a great bike but I was not pleased with the fact that I had to guess on the whole assembly.

What a great bike!

We were able to pick up the bike at the warehouse and it was seamless. The bike was fully assembled and rides like a dream. For the comparable cost of a bike from Target I got a Great bike!
