Introducing the Gates Pedal Strap

Ever since we launched our Gates platform pedals earlier this year we've been working on building a pedal strap that was as durable as our pedals. After a long time in development and countless revisions we are stoked to announce the Fyxation Gates pedal strap is now in stock!

Built for use with the Fyxation Gates platform pedal, the Gates pedal strap is made out of durable 2" nylon seat belt webbing and is built to take abuse. We designed the Gates pedal straps with an extra long top strap so they fit most shoes/boots and stiffened the lower strap so they keep their shape while on your pedals. Designed as much for freestyle riding as they are for the morning commute, the Fyxation Gates pedal strap is ideal for anyone looking for a durable, secure and adjustable alternative to toe clips. Whether you call your bike a fixed gear or a fixie, these straps are for you!

    So it looks like these lack the buckles other FRS straps have, correct? My main problem with buckles is they loosen considerably and I have to constantly retighten…

    These are connected by velcro?
