People's Bike just released the first issue of 48x15 Magazine. 48x15 is China's first English fixed gear magazine and is written by a group of riders based in Shanghai and covers the growing community of urban cyclists in China. For the first issue they printed 2000 issues that are available at over 100 locations in Shanghai.
